A barn find that was treated to a nice upgrade resto.

Classic Auto Mall is excited to announce this barn-find 1967 Chevrolet Nova Coupe for sale. The story behind this beauty just adds to the sweetness of this ride. This vehicle was just sitting there, from another era, waiting to be restored with only 12,000 on the odometer at the time. Eventually, that came true and now this Ermine White Nova is anything but vanilla when it comes to looks and power. You could own this interesting barn find, now turned streetcar, for $34,900. You can also make an offer on the car right here. This car takes charge and boasts a nice build with admirable performance, good looks, and comfort to boot.

This Nova is adorned in fairly new Ermine White paint with two wide faux carbon-fiber stripes racing toward the rear, emblazoned with a large red SS badge. Also, peep that metal ram intake scoop that gulps down the air in order to produce the power needed to spin those wheels. The Ermine White paint covers all of the straight steel and well-minded gaps. The bumpers and egg-crate grille are clean and rust-free; the badging is all there and in nice presentation. The dark-tinted glass and glass trim are all in great shape, as is the side-view chrome mirror and door handles. This beauty sits on Rally wheels wrapped in 255/60R15 Mickey Thompson ET Street tires at the rear and 195/65R15’s at the front.

Not only did this Nova receive a sweet restoration, but it’s also been upgraded to bring it up into the 90’s from the 60’s. In the cabin, you’ll find stunning two-tone APC racing seats up front with white vinyl bolsters and black suede surrounds with some insert panels. The rear bench appears to be original and is mostly black with a center white vinyl stripe. The dashboard retains most of its originality, but has a column-mounted tachometer and shift light, as well as a trio of under dash-mounted gauges to the driver’s left. In the hump, there is a new Cheetah SCS shifter that sits between the new bucket seats. A nice tight headliner is above, and clean black carpeting floods the floors.

The heart and soul of this classic is a TKT 350 cubic-inch V8 motor with a fairly large cam. Power is fed by Holley 660 CFM dual four-barrel carbs sitting atop an Edelbrock tunnel ram. All of that is backed by a recently rebuilt TH400 three-speed automatic transmission. A 12-bolt rear completes the drivetrain. Underneath, the undercarriage contains no rust and presents a nice and clean environment. The frame is solid, floorpans are like-new, and the suspension is all tight and tidy.

This ’67 Nova coupe is currently set up for maximum power and provides a nice kick that will leave you satisfied. The car is set up to go straight and does so very well. The consigner has stated that it can be made more street-able by lowering the timing, and a vacuum pod can be hooked up the transmission for normal shifting.
