This is the American muscle car you’ve been waiting to get.

Of all the glorious American muscle cars made back in the day, this 1968 Plymouth GTX is one of the most notable. While it doesn’t have the household name the Camaro or Charger do, it more than makes up for that with potent brutality. Now is your chance to grab one of the best examples available so you can harness the power for yourself.

A ground-up restoration ensures this car looks and runs great. You get a hard-hitting, rebuilt 440ci V8 with loads of power on tap. The block and valve covers are painted a nice orange, while the air cleaner housing is chrome with the Magnum logo on a red backdrop. Bolted up to it is a 727 automatic transmission, ensuring gear transitions are smooth. The setup also includes a nice dual exhaust and an 8 ¾ Sure Grip rear end. An all-new front suspension plus Power brakes with discs in the front add some necessary balance so you can control this beast with confidence.

The Gold exterior with black roof and hood accents is a surprisingly subtle yet attractive option. The paint, vinyl, and chrome in this car look great, with a good shine from end to end. The interior is also quite clean and presentable, including the black carpeting and vinyl upholstery. Faux wood trim on the dash, door panels, and center console doesn’t have noticeable damage or wear. The floor shifter, steering wheel, controls, and gauges are all factory-original, preserving this piece of automotive history for you to show off.

Based on the Belvedere, the Plymouth GTX was stripped-down in classic muscle car fashion. Its reputation lives on today. Thanks to its potency and the options added to this particular vehicle like the floor shifter and blackout hood, this particular GTX is one to really show off.
