Babied 1990 Chevrolet Corvette For Sale Has Rare Interior

Except for the ZR-1, the C4 Corvette doesn't get a lot of love, but as prices of C3 Corvettes continues to climb, the fourth-gen 'Vette could start getting some of the respect it deserves. And when it comes to clean, investment-grade C4s, this 1990 Chevrolet Corvette is about as good as they get.

That's because this white Corvette hides a rare build combination with its blue leather interior. This interior color option was only offered on cars painted in White, Black and Steel Blue Metallic, and according to VetteFacts.com, only 736 Corvettes came with the blue leather interior – accounting for less than 3 percent of production that year. The only thing more rare than this blue leather is a 1990 Corvette with cloth seating.

On top of this rare interior color, the Corvette itself is amazing condition. There are fewer than 50,000 miles on the odometer, and this car hasn't been modified or abused like many C4 Corvettes. In fact, it looks like the only mods made to this car are an aftermarket Kenwood stereo system and some sort of exhaust upgrade (just look at those Borla-style exhaust outlets). It even retains the iconic C4 Corvette wheels!

The big news for the 1990 Corvette was the introduction of the ZR-1, but this model year also brought a completely redesigned cabin. The Corvette ushered in the '90s by ditching its Knight Rider-esque digital gauge cluster for conventional analog gauges and a smaller digital screen. A new dash design resulted in a more driver-oriented cockpit, and it gave the interior a sportier look and feel.
