Rotisserie restored with a built 502 V8 motor.

Future Classics of Lakewood, New Jersey is pleased to announce this multiple trophy-winning 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport for your consideration. It exudes show quality thanks to a recent rotisserie restoration with precise attention to detail. This is a factory California SS car powered by a built 502 V8 engine mated to a heavy-duty two-speed transmission. It fires right up, runs well, and drives great. Other features include a 12-bolt rear axle, power steering, Hooker Competition headers, power brakes, and an aluminum radiator. Listen as the car emits a tantalizing sound through its dual aluminized exhaust system with cut-outs.

The engine bay has been highly detailed with factory hoses, clamps, and markings. It’s no wonder this car stuns when the hood is popped at any local car show. Take it out to an event and watch the crowds ooh and ahh with this restored Chevelle SS car.

The exterior Evening Orchid paint complements every body line on this muscle car right down to the front and rear bumper guards and T3 headlights. This example sits on 15-inch Rally wheels wrapped in redline radial tires to tie the look together. What’s more, this bad boy is on rear air shocks. This 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport boasts mostly original sheet metal with pinch welds in place and rotisserie-restored polished floor pans. It also includes the correct spare and jack assembly. The stunning cream white interior accents the silver exterior with grace. It includes a tilt wood steering wheel, center console, GM rubber floor mats, and bucket seats.

The Chevelle Super Sport, or SS, represented Chevrolet's entry into the muscle car battle across the board. Early 1964 and 1965 Chevelles had a Malibu SS badge on the rear quarter panel as you will see with this example. In 1965, The $162 Super Sport package was available on the upscale Malibu two-door hardtop and convertible models; the option added special exterior brightwork with SS emblems and the 14-inch full-disc wheel covers from the Impala SS model. For the interior, the vinyl bucket-seat interior featured a floor console for models equipped with the optional Muncie aluminum four-speed-manual or Powerglide two-speed automatic, instead of the standard three-speed manual. The Chevy Malibu SS also came with a four-gauge cluster in place of engine warning lights, and a dash-mounted tachometer was optional.
